 Josh Viviano, our 2024 SoCal Chapter Cable-Tec Games Winner from Victorville, CA, is a testament to dedication and growth. Joining Spectrum as a Field Tech 1 in 2009, he has steadily advanced to a Field Tech 5, a journey spanning nearly eight years. His unwavering commitment to his career with Spectrum is genuinely inspiring. He aspires to further his growth, aiming for a leadership role or exploring our Enterprise business. In his leisure time, Josh indulges in his passion for golf, exploring different courses, and also travels the country to participate in paintball tournaments.  We are proud to announce that Josh will represent our region in Atlanta, GA, where he will compete in the International Cable-Tec Games, which will be held at Tech Expo in September.
